Source: (http://www.usnews.com/) U.S. News and World ReportItalian regulators said on Monday they told OpenAI that its ChatGPT artificial intelligence chatbot has violated European Union's stringent data privacy rules. The watchdog started investigating ChatGPT last year, when it temporarily banned the AI tool within Italy. Based on the results of its "fact-finding activity," the regulators said they "concluded that the available evidence pointed to the existence of breaches" in EU privacy rules.
