Now, a new study lends further weight to the idea that vision problems and dementia are linked. In a sample of nearly 3,000 older adults who took vision and cognitive tests, the risk of dementia was far higher among those with eyesight problems, even when people were wearing their usual eyeglasses or contact lenses.

Now, Jewish Americans are evaluating the German company's plan to give some of the proceeds from the sneakers' sale to groups engaged in fighting antisemitism. Thus far, however, Adidas has yet to provide financial details on exactly how much it will donate.
