<p>Medicare navigation company Chapter has banked a $100 million series E funding round as it continues to grow and build out its platform.</p>
<p>Generation Investment Management led the round, and Fifth Down Capital and 8VC joined as new investors, according to <a href="https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20260409159904/en/Chapter-Raises-%24100-Million-Series-E-to-Continue-Building-the-Trust-Layer-Between-Seniors-and-Technology-in-the-Age-of-AI">an announcement</a> released on Thursday. Existing backers Stripes, XYZ Venture Capital, Addition, Narya Capital, Susa Ventures and Maverick Ventures also backed the round.</p>
<p>Chapter said in the announcement that it has more than doubled its valuation in the time since its previous funding round, which closed less than a year ago.</p>
<p>The company said it intends to use the funds to accelerate its growth trajectory and continue to develop financial products that support seniors, a population that it says is the "most underserved by technology companies today."</p>

<p>Chapter's platform is the country's leading Medicare navigation platform, per the company, and aims to help enrollees find the right plans for their needs. It leans on AI to back its licensed advisers in making recommendations to users.</p>
<p>Seniors who use Chapter's platforms can also tap into a tool that makes it easier for them to get the most out of over-the-counter benefits offered by their plans.</p>
<p>Across 2025, the company's revenue tripled and it surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue, or ARR. Its corporate headcount also remained flat year over year, according to the announcement. In the past year, the company has also rolled out new tools such as a provider directory and prescription cost calculator, with rising health costs as a backdrop.</p>
<p>“Most technology companies ignore retirees. Our mission is to ensure every senior is able to preserve their health, wealth and purpose by building products that we wish our own parents had at the outset of retirement," said Cobi Blumenfeld-Gantz, CEO and co-founder of Chapter, in the announcement. </p>
<p>“We are the only company that reviews every single Medicare plan nationwide and offers unbiased guidance, and we are rapidly building additional products that will empower seniors to author the next chapter of their lives," she said.</p>
