Parliament voted for the measure just a day after the bill was submitted Monday, in a process fast-tracked by Prime Minister Viktor Orban's right-wing party. Orban praised the ban, alleging that LGBTQ+ marches harm children, saying: "We won't let woke ideology endanger our kids."
