The U.S. has the same burden of mental health disorders as 40 other countries with comparable populations, researchers reported recently in the journal PLOS One. At a recent conference of Black journalists, Mr. Trump claimed that the vice president "turned Black" after previously emphasizing her South Asian heritage.
